FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

A few things you might be wondering.

WHAT IS HERE FOR LOVE?

Here For Love is about coming home to yourself—and creating healthier, more meaningful relationships from that place.

Through the Here For Love Way, we explore self-worth, relationships, patterns, boundaries, connection and the choices that shape how we love and live.

IS HERE FOR LOVE FOR ME?

Yes. Here For Love is for adults of all genders, sexual orientations, relationship statuses, backgrounds, and life experiences. LGBTQIA+ people are warmly welcomed here.

IS THIS THERAPY?

No. Here For Love is personal development and relationship work, not therapy or mental-health treatment. Skye is not a licensed therapist. She draws from lived experience and more than 20 years of supporting people through real-life challenges, together with the Here For Love Way.

Again and again, people encouraged her to bring this work to a broader audience after experiencing meaningful shifts through their conversations.

Here For Love is that next chapter.

WHAT IF I DON'T KNOW WHAT I NEED?

That's completely okay. You don't need to have the answers before you begin.

We'll start with what's present for you and discover what matters from there.

WHAT DOES “COMING HOME TO LOVE” MEAN?

It means reconnecting with your worth, trusting yourself and letting go of the patterns that keep you from experiencing the love you deserve.

It's not about becoming someone new.

It's about coming back to yourself.

WHAT CAN WE WORK ON TOGETHER?

Whatever feels most important to you.

That might be self-worth, boundaries, confidence, communication, heartbreak, relationship patterns, dating, identity, life transitions or simply feeling stuck.

DO I NEED TO BE SPIRITUAL?

Not at all.

Here For Love welcomes people with all kinds of beliefs, including no particular spiritual or religious beliefs.

DO I HAVE TO BE IN A RELATIONSHIP?

No.

Your relationship with yourself is where the work begins, whether you're single, partnered or somewhere in between.

WHAT HAPPENS IN A SESSION?

We start with where you are.

It's a thoughtful, honest conversation designed to help you gain perspective, understand what's underneath what you're experiencing and identify what you want to move toward.

HOW MANY SESSIONS WILL I NEED?

There's no set number.

Some people may find one session valuable. Others may choose to continue as they explore deeper patterns and changes.

You decide what feels right for you.

IS THIS FOR COUPLES?

The Here For Love Way begins with the individual relationship with self, but the work can positively influence romantic and other close relationships.

If you're seeking couples therapy or clinical relationship counselling, we'll point you toward the appropriate professional support.

WHAT IF I NEED THERAPY OR MENTAL-HEALTH SUPPORT?

Here For Love is not a replacement for professional mental-health care.

If you're experiencing a crisis, please know this: you are loved, and you are not alone.

Please seek help from a qualified mental-health professional. In the U.S., call or text the Suicide & Crisis Lifeline at 988 for free, confidential, 24/7 support. Elsewhere, contact your local emergency or crisis service.

HOW DO I GET STARTED?

Start wherever feels right.

Explore the Here For Love Way, or book a private session.

You don't need to have everything figured out.

You just need somewhere to begin.

A place to begin.
